The typical production lead time for our standard models ranges from 30 to 90 days, with most conventional orders being completed in approximately 50 days. The exact delivery time depends on the model, configuration, and degree of customization. We will provide a clear and reliable delivery schedule in our quotation.

We are confident in the quality of our products and offer an industry-leading warranty:
·Complete System Purchase: If you purchase a full system from NitroQuanta (including the air compressor, air pre-treatment, and PSA generator modules), we provide a comprehensive 1-year warranty.
·Partial Module Purchase: If you purchase only certain modules, we provide a standard warranty for the purchased parts. Please note that performance issues caused by components not supplied by NitroQuanta are not covered under our warranty.

PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) and Membrane are the two leading technologies for on-site nitrogen generation.
·PSA Generators,like our NitroQuanta systems, use Carbon Molecular Sieve to physically adsorb oxygen and are ideal for applications requiring high to ultra-high purity (98% to 99.9999%) with better energy efficiency.
·Membrane Generators use bundles of hollow fibers to separate gases and are typically more cost-effective in the lower purity range (95% to 99.5%). NitroQuanta specializes in the higher-performance PSA technology as it best serves demanding industrial applications.
